I was commissioned back in late 2018 to make a video for the new single from ‘Henry and Fleetwood’. The song titled ‘Ama’ will be taken from the new record which is due for release in Autumn 2019.
In addition to this I will be working on a very special project with the band in June this year at an amazing location. The results will be showcased in a a very new way from any of my previous video work :)

Wojtek the Bear - Tonic Youth single/video release, Scottish Fiction Records ©
My work with ‘Wojtek the bear’ continues this year with the Glasgow four-piece having released their new single ‘tonic youth’.The track is the first of four singles being released by wojtek the bear during 2019, which will be collected on a limited edition 10” vinyl in the autumn.
‘tonic youth’ is a blissful refreshing can of indie pop brimming with sugary melodies, lush harmonies and vibrant instrumentation. This dreamy number chimes with radiant guitars, a pulsing bassline and a peppy beat. The track majestically floats along the buoyant rhythmic foundation while the smooth vocals coo behind a graceful string melody. These guys have fleshed out one beautiful track that glimmers with sun kissed vibes while drifting delicately on a laid back tone of ecstasy.
Of the track, lead singer Tam Killean reveals; “When I first moved into Glasgow in my early 20’s I quickly encountered people at parties I’d never been exposed to before; kids who’d never worked a day in their life, spent their summers in Val-d’Isére or Biarritz and all seemed to have fucking ponies. This song is about how initially on coming into contact with them I had a bit of a crisis of confidence, thinking that I’d wasted my life by just getting absolutely smashed from the age of 15 onwards.”
The final cut of the video is available in the film section.

Video premiere for the music promo I made for 'Wojtek the Bear' - ‘Made out of Maps’ single, released on Scottish Fiction Records 2018 ©.
I was commissioned in late 2017 by 'Wojtek the Bear' of Scottish Fiction records to use some of my 'Multiples' series for their two single sleeves and album artwork.
Below is the first single 'Made out of Maps' taken from their debut album 'A Talent for being Unreasonable.' I have also made the promo video for the single which can be viewed in the film section of the site.
The album will be out in April which will feature my photography on the cover of the vinyl record.
The lads will be touring the album all over the country very soon.
Lots of wonderful things happening at the moment. Above are a few stills from the 'Wojtek the Bear' promo video for the first single 'Made out of Maps'. The song comes from the forthcoming album 'A Talent for being Unreasonable' which will be released on Scottish Fiction Records. The video will premiere in mid March with the album to follow in early April.
I have also been lucky enough to make all Album and single artwork for the band. The images come from my ongoing 'Multiples' project.
The record is a chunk of pure Glaswegian genius, crafted in solid gold. Keep an eye out for the release and tour dates.

De Rosa Chip on my shoulder video Outtakes
'Spectres', which is the opener on our forthcoming album 'Weem'. The lines 'Together in the glow / Of parties years ago' and 'Out on a shire of ghosts' remind me of the working class family in which I grew up. The superstitious lyrics have more to do with our faith in each other than any specific belief in ghosts or anything spiritual. The visuals were made by Bellshill photographer Kris Boyle." - Martin John Henry, De Rosa
'Weem' will be released on 22nd January 2016 on CD / LP / Download via Rock Action Records
